CSV Training & Enterprise North, has received a special award from the European Commission for its innovative use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to help Youth in Lancashire play a greater part in society by learning Digital Media skills to produce Social Action Broadcasting to Enthuse, Empower and Educate the wider community on social issues and issues that affect young people.
